Sun. June 6th, 5:00pm-8.30pm, Newcastle, NSW, Australia. The Flattrakkers, The Rattlesnakes and The Retro Rockets will be seriously rockin for Love Hope Strength. The bands will be joined by Very Special Guests Marc Tribbia (Lead singer of the Australian Blues Bros Show), Big Phil (Sax man with Ska band The Porkers) Rockabilly DJ Gavin Bean, and friends and guests of the band.
These bands are helping Love Hope Strength’s musician Brien McVernon raise funds to support the Mt Fuji Rocks Project.
Already Brien has auctioned a Gretsch Guitar signed by many of Australia’s and New Zealand’s Rock Royalty. The guitar raised $5,000 at The Beach Hop Festival in New Zealand. This is the 3rd year that The Beach Hop and Beach Hop organiser Noddy Watts have given Support to Love Hope Strength through helping Brien, and each year the donations have grown.
