Although the 2010 Outdoor Retailer Winter Market is industry-only, on Saturday, January 23, they will host an event that convention-goers and the public alike can attend with a concert at by Big Head Todd and the Monsters at The Depot downtown.
The event is sponsored by The Love Hope Strength Foundation (LHS), an international charity dedicated to fighting cancer through the power of music, and outdoor brands Suunto, Keen, Marmot, and Backpacker Magazine and will raise money for global cancer care.
Winter Market Attendees can purchase tickets for the show at the convention from the LHS booth after picking up an invitation one of the sponsor’s booths for $15 and tickets are available to the public for $25.
In addition to the tickets, LHS and participating sponsors will be displaying brand customized Epiphone Guitars in each one of their booths, which attendees can enter to win by dropping a business card in the guitar case along with a suggested donation of a dollar. Entrants must attend the concert to win the guitar.
