My name is Diana Minevich and I currently live in Dallas, TX with my boyfriend, Brad and our dogs, Giorgie & Diego. I was born in Belarus and moved to TX when I was 5 years old.
I attended Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and a minor in Jewelry Design. I currently spend most of my time working in fashion and art consulting with aspirations to design.

After learning about LHS and hearing some of the trekkers’ experiences, I felt determined to do my part in making a difference. Cancer has affected the lives of many people close to me. Most recently my boyfriend’s mother, Janet was diagnosed with this mysterious disease which was a shock and a nerve racking experience for all of us. Fortunately, Janet’s courage and all of our unconditional support was the perfect combo to beat her cancer. Janet is exceptionally one of kind and her ‘love, hope, & strength’ has reminded all of us to live our lives to the fullest.

I feel proud and privileged to be making this trek with people that I love. I will be trekking to celebrate those who have survived, to honor those who have lost their battle, and most importantly to raise awareness.

This is truly an incredible foundation that utilizes their funds to purchase medical equipment, raise awareness, build cancer centers, and find bone marrow donors.
