I’m PJ Walder from Vail, Colorado.
I have joined the Love Hope Strength army of musicians, survivors and supporters because I am personally and profoundly touched by those who courageously “fight for life”. Our beautiful daughters will never completely understand the strength, tenacity and bravery of their Grandfather, Arnold, whom after saving countless lives, ironically lost his own to cancer.

I am blessed with a wonderful husband who embodies many of his Father’s personal strengths. Our two loving and exuberant girls (Raquel 11, Sophia 9) think that nothing could be “cooler” than Mommy hiking with “Rock Stars”. I am proud to be a part of this LHS trek and look forward to the company of close friends every step of the way. Reaching the summit is my way of honoring Arnold, whose path ended far too soon.

As cancer knows no boundaries, patients’ needs for diagnostics, bone marrow, and education are limitless. I hope that you will please consider supporting the Love Hope Strength Foundation as we strive to reach new heights on this journey toward a CURE. On June 27th, my day will begin before most of you rise, but together we will “Rock” deadly cancer from the summit Pikes Peak!
