hi i’m tetia stroud – a mother of four and actor living in dallas, tx. i found out about the lovehopestrength organization through my good friend dan sullivan about 2 years ago. after watching everest rocks, meeting james and glen, and learning even more about the organization, i knew i wanted to participate in a climb and help them fight cancer!! so when dan told me about pike’s peak, i decided to join him and everyone else and make the climb too! i love live music and am looking forward to a fun challenging climb made even more enjoyable with live music!!

there were several spring breaks when i got to ski with my close friend, susan dickinson, just a few mountains over at crested butte. she lost her fight to cancer almost eight years ago. while helping with a blood and bone marrow drive in her honor, i found out how easy it was to become part of the registry and possibly help save a life!! i have lots of other friends who have also battled cancer – some have beaten it, some are still fighting and some have lost the fight.
